Holiday Gift Guide: Review & Giveaway: Storyland Yoga

Storyland Yoga

Parent's Choice Award Winning 'Storyland Yoga' is a fun-filled adventure that infuses children with an eco-conscious message. Two unique stories, Save the Whale and Condor Trek, engage a child's imagination through storytelling. Kid's learn yoga postures by becoming a part of the story and imitating animals. Yoga is a great exercise and helps gto calm children, giving them greater focus and increased clarity. By connecting with nature and gaining respect for their own health and well-being, children become empowered to create solutions for the health and sustainability of our planet. Storyland Yoga is equally fun for parents and family members who can benefit from yoga, while enjoying 'organic time' with their children.

I've been doing yoga sense I pregnant. I got a Prenatal Yoga video and that's when it all started. Once he was born I continued but on my own and with other videos. Well I put this dvd in and my son was mesmerized. He did very well and we have done it once a day the past two days. I think it is very good for him and for me. Something we can do together just him and I.

You can purchase Storyland Yoga here.

GIVEAWAY: 1 MamaKnows readers will win a copy of Storyland Yoga.

Review: Applied Labels

Applied Labels Solutions for parents and business.
My son is in Preschool and his name has to be on everything from his backpack to his coat. I used permanent marker which looks tacky but I didn't know what else to do till Applied Labels came into my life. There laundry safe and ironing safe which makes it even better. I've had two parents from my son's preschool ask me if I made them. I said Applied Labels did. They also have labels for bottles which will be perfect once baby number two arrives!

They also have graphics you can add to your label.
