I've been doing yoga sense I pregnant. I got a Prenatal Yoga video and that's when it all started. Once he was born I continued but on my own and with other videos. Well I put this dvd in and my son was mesmerized. He did very well and we have done it once a day the past two days. I think it is very good for him and for me. Something we can do together just him and I.
